I enjoy finding ways to utilize a variety of skills to create something that is beautiful, functional and offers guidance on how to do something. While in school, I discovered a passion for using my teaching background to find ways to create marketing materials that draw on my sales background.

Creating this item taught me a lot about how the various design elements can become an extension of my teaching background. It was a challenge to figure out how to break down each technical step while still creating something that is beautiful to look at.
How to Scan Photos
I created this because scanning photos for archival preservation has a lot of little steps. When I asked my supervisor if she would like me to create this, her face lit up. I knew this would make her job easier and was appreciated.
iMD Health Poster
My supervisor requested a very simple poster or handout that explains what this comprehensive Canadian health resource provides. It was a challenge to include everything onto a single page because I really wanted to include all of the associations that contribute resources.
